These Terms & Conditions apply to thedough.am and any order placed with The Dough Project. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Our Products

Every jar of dough is handmade in small batches from natural ingredients — see our Ingredients section for details. Because each batch is handmade, small variations in color, texture, and weight (up to around 5%) are normal and not a defect.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are listed in Armenian Dram (AMD). Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by phone before shipping. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we can't reach you to confirm delivery.

Payment

At the moment we accept cash on delivery only. Card payment is coming soon.

Delivery

We deliver across Armenia. Delivery time and cost depend on your location and are confirmed by phone after you order.

Product Safety

• Our play dough is a toy, not a food — it isn't meant to be eaten.
• It's intended for children to use under adult supervision.
• Check the product page for any ingredient or allergen notes before giving it to a child.

Intellectual Property

All text, photos, and designs on this site belong to The Dough Project. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
