Our Promise
We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Right of Return
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery, as long as the packaging isn't damaged or messy and the product still looks to be in good condition.
What We Can't Take Back
We can only accept a return if the packaging and product still look to be in good condition — not damaged, messy, or heavily used. If that's not the case, we can only offer a replacement or refund when the product is faulty or doesn't match what you ordered.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund — in cash or by bank transfer, whichever you prefer — within 5 business days.
